I take hard problems and turn them into solutions.

Full-stack developer with 17 years rescuing abandoned projects and solving what nobody wants to touch: infrastructure, performance, inherited code — and AI agents when the problem calls for them.

01 — About me

About me

Father, lover of travel, technology and solving problems.

I started programming as a hobby, and I have been doing it professionally since 2008.

I am not the developer who starts your landing page from scratch. I am the one you call when your site is slow, when your infrastructure is a mess, when the previous developer disappeared leaving code nobody understands, or when you have a problem that "nobody knows how to solve".

I worked for 2 years at Automattic (the company behind WordPress.com) touching code used by millions. I have rescued over 100 projects, optimized bleeding AWS infrastructures, and turned abandoned codebases into working systems.

02 — What I do

Expensive problems, fixed at the root

I do not start landing pages from scratch: I step into what is already broken, slow or abandoned and leave it working.

Project rescue

Did the previous developer disappear? Inherited code nobody understands? I read it, understand it and make it work.

Performance and cost

Your site is slow and your AWS bill is expensive. Core Web Vitals, caching and CDN: faster and cheaper.

AWS infrastructure

Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, DynamoDB. Scalable and reproducible with Terraform, not by hand.

Backend

PHP/Laravel and Node.js. Over 100 projects as lead developer. If it is complex, it is for me.

AI agents

Agents and automations wired into your product, on AWS Bedrock and the current model APIs.

Technical consulting

"It does not work and they cannot fix it" is my favorite sentence. Give me the hard problem.

03 — How I work today

AI does not replace judgement. It speeds it up.

Seventeen years in the trade taught me the tooling changes every few years. Whoever does not adapt, stays behind.

01 · Adapt

AI moved into the workshop

I use it every day to read other people's code, map a huge legacy system and write the tests nobody wrote. I understand an inherited project in days, not weeks.

02 · Learn

And I build with it too

Agents, RAG and automations on AWS Bedrock and the model APIs, shipped inside real products with their cost, their limits and their monitoring.

03 · Renew

The judgement is mine

No model takes responsibility for your production. Everything I deliver goes through my review: architecture, security and cost are decided by someone with 17 years behind him.

If there is no challenge, I am not interested. If there is a complex problem, let's talk.
